Warranty policy

1. Scope of Warranty

All solenoids, coils, and magnetic sleeves produced by our company are covered by this warranty policy. This warranty covers defects and issues caused by material or manufacturing defects. The warranty service applies only to products used under normal conditions and does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, improper repairs, or other human factors.

2. Warranty Period

  • BYZ DC wet valve solenoid: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • BYJ AC wet valve solenoid: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • BYG proportional valve solenoid: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • BYC cartridge valve coil: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • BYQ automotive coil: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • BYT cartridge valve magnetic sleeve: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • BYS special products: 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the specific product model.

3. Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if a product fails due to material or manufacturing defects, customers can apply for warranty service. The warranty service includes free repair or replacement of defective parts. If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement service will be provided based on the specific situation.

4. Warranty Service Process

  • Contact Customer Support: Customers should first contact our customer support department, providing proof of purchase, product model, and a description of the fault.
  • Submit Repair Request: Fill out and submit the warranty service application form.
  • Product Inspection: Send the defective product to the company’s designated repair center. Customers should ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid further damage during transportation.
  • Repair or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, the company will determine the cause of the fault. If it falls within the warranty scope, free repair or replacement will be provided.
  • Return Product: After repair or replacement is completed, the product will be returned to the customer via courier.

5. Exclusions from Warranty

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
  • Products exceeding the warranty period.
  • Damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, improper repairs, or other human factors.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage to consumables (e.g., fuses, bulbs).
  • Damages caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake).

6. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure or warranty service. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the product to the company’s repair center for warranty service. The company will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
